Tips before you return the device to the store
  
1) Please read the manual or quick guide attentive.

2) Please shut the power off for 10 seconds or longer to reset the product. Shut the power off by taking out the connector.

3) Be sure that the device is connected correctly, in case the device uses batteries, make sure they are fully    charged.

4) Recheck the function or feature that gives you trouble.

5) Please write down any error/system messages and when they occur.
 
6) Incase when there is no error message, try to write down a short description of the problem.

7) If a problem occurs when you connect the device to other equipment, then check if the problem still occurs when you connect the device to other products.

8) Consult our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

9) Be sure to have the receipt on hand when you return the device to the store.
